At WCE, we believe that strength is not just about physical ability—it’s about courage, confidence, and consistency. Through our “Unleash Your Inner Ace” initiative, we use sports and fitness as tools of transformation to help women build resilience, self-worth, and leadership—on and off the field.

Whether it’s running your first 5K, picking up a badminton racket after years, or joining a group yoga session—this program encourages women to rediscover their power, one movement at a time.

🧘 Power Circles: Yoga & Wellness Sessions

Group yoga, breathing, and fitness sessions led by certified trainers focused on mental clarity, flexibility, and emotional balance.

🏃‍♀️ SheRuns: Walkathons, Marathons & Fitness Challenges

City-wide or community-based events to get women moving, step by step—building confidence, camaraderie, and cardio health.

🏸 Ace Club: Recreational Sports for Women

Badminton, table tennis, Zumba, aerobics, hockey, volleyball—offered through fun tournaments, leagues, and open sessions for women of all ages.

🧗 Skill Camps & Outdoor Events

Weekend boot camps, fitness treks, and self-defense training designed to push limits, build endurance, and foster community bonding.

🎖️ Fitness Mentorship & Transformation Series

Stories of women who have transformed their lives through fitness—shared through videos, talks, and challenges to inspire others.
