At WCE (WomenShine Chamber of Entrepreneurship), we believe every woman has the potential to be a changemaker. Through our curated programs, workshops, and mentorship sessions, we equip women and young girls with the right skills, tools, and confidence to turn ideas into thriving enterprises.
To strengthen this mission, we’ve launched the Institute of Entrepreneurship (IOE) — a dedicated learning and incubation hub under WCE that focuses on nurturing women and students to become confident entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders of tomorrow.
What We Offer:
- 3-Week Training Programs: Practical sessions covering the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, business setup, marketing, funding, legal formalities, and confidence-building.
- Short-Term Certificate Courses: Skill-based modules in cloud kitchens, boutique management, social media influencing, Vastu consultancy, jewelry & handicrafts, and more.
- Institute of Entrepreneurship (IOE): Structured academic and experiential programs for women and students combining classroom learning, live projects, and one-on-one mentorship.
- Mentorship Circles: Real-time guidance from successful women entrepreneurs, MSME and NSIC experts, and banking professionals.
- College Engagement Programs: Campus-to-startup journeys that nurture young ideas and prepare students for entrepreneurial success.
- Industrial Visits & Networking: Exposure to live business operations, manufacturing units, and networking with industry ecosystems.
- Banking & Govt. Scheme Support: Help with UDYAM registration, Mudra loans, subsidies, and connections with government departments.
