WomenShine Chamber of Entrepreneurship (WCE) is a women-led, purpose-driven platform dedicated to strengthening women’s participation in entrepreneurship, leadership, and economic development. Established as a registered trust, WCE works as an enablement ecosystem that supports women at different stages of their entrepreneurial and leadership journeys.
WCE goes beyond being a community. It functions as a structured platform that connects women with knowledge, institutions, markets, and opportunities, enabling them to move from aspiration to action and from action to impact.
WCE exists to bridge the gap between potential and access.
While many women have skills, ideas, and ambition, they often lack:
WCE addresses these gaps through capacity building, mentorship, networking, institutional linkages, and curated programs, creating sustainable pathways for women-led growth.
At WCE, we support women through a 360-degree enablement approach, which includes:
Our programs are designed to be practical, inclusive, and impact-oriented, focusing on long-term growth rather than one-time interventions.
WCE’s work aligns with broader development priorities, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
Through leadership summits, workshops, dialogue platforms, market access initiatives, and structured programs such as WCE Academy, Red Dot Talks, Celebrate HER, and UDGAM, WCE is nurturing a new generation of confident, resilient, and forward-looking women entrepreneurs and leaders.
Our approach is collaborative, non-political, and development-oriented, ensuring credibility with institutions while remaining deeply rooted in community impact.
To build an inclusive ecosystem where women lead economic growth, shape leadership, and drive sustainable development.
To empower women with access, skills, and opportunities to build sustainable enterprises and leadership pathways.
where women rise, lead, and shine.

When we envisioned the WomenShine Chamber of Entrepreneurship (WCE), our intent went far beyond building a business platform. We set out to create a supportive ecosystem where women could find guidance, confidence, and opportunity—an ecosystem rooted in collaboration, resilience, and shared growth.
Over the years, we have met women with remarkable potential—some taking their first steps, others scaling impactful enterprises. What connects them all is the need for clarity, access, and belief. WCE exists to bridge that gap by standing beside women as they build, grow, and lead.
At WCE, we believe that empowerment is not about perfection, but about progress. This is a space where women can learn, ask questions, experiment, grow stronger through challenges, and move forward with confidence. Through structured training, mentorship, institutional collaborations, and a strong community network, we work to remove barriers and create sustainable pathways for success.
We are proud that WCE’s work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in advancing gender equality, reducing inequalities, and strengthening inclusive economic growth. These global goals reflect the local impact we strive to create every day.
Our message to every woman is simple:
Start where you are. Build with what you have. Trust in who you are becoming.
The world needs your ideas, your leadership, and your voice.
Together, let us rise—as women, as entrepreneurs, and as leaders shaping meaningful change.
With purpose and commitment,
Aparna Mishra & Jyotsna Walia
